# Managing Quizzes

Find your way around the quiz page.

The Quizzes page lists every quiz imported into the course. Each quiz has its own page, with its rubric and questions on the left and its attempts in the right sidebar.

## The Quizzes page

Each quiz card shows the quiz name, whether it’s **Published** or a **Draft.** Use **Search** to find a quiz by name, and **Filters** to narrow the list. Click a card to open the quiz.

## The quiz page

* **The header** carries **Back to Quizzes**, **Duplicate**, **Publish** or **Unpublish**, and **Edit**. The quiz’s status, **Published** or **Draft.**
* **Quiz Rubric** lists the criteria and their points. **Expand Rubric** shows every rating in place.
* **Rubric Type** and **Quiz Type** show how the quiz is graded. Change them with **Edit**.
* **Questions** lists the questions **For TimelyGrader Grading**, each with its points, its criteria and its **Grading Notes**, followed by the **Auto-Graded Questions**, scored by Canvas and shown for reference.
* **Final Submission Grading & Feedback**, in the right sidebar, shows the **Attempt Status** (**Pending review** and **Completed**) and the actions for attempts: **Review Submissions**, **Manage Submissions**, **Import Additional Submissions** and **Reset Submissions**.

## FAQ

<summary>Why does publishing ask about my LMS?</summary>

The rubric decides what Canvas can receive. With the rubric synced, per-criterion scores can pass back; without it, only each student’s overall final grade does.

<summary>Does unpublishing delete anything?</summary>

No. Submissions, grades and feedback are all kept.

<summary>Can I keep editing a published quiz?</summary>

Yes. Click Edit at any time.
