👉 Where can I find billing & plan information?

On any main page in TimelyGrader, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings." From there, you can view your billing details and manage your plan.

💳 How do I update my payment details?

To update your payment method:

  1. In Account Settings, go to Billing & Plans.

  2. Click the “...” icon next to your current payment method.

  3. Select "Update," then enter your new payment details.

  4. Click "Save" to confirm the changes.

💡 Note: If you have an active subscription, your payment method can’t be removed. To remove it, you’ll need to cancel your subscription first.

📦 How do I change or cancel my plan?

Changing Plans

  1. In Account Settings, go to Billing & Plans.

  2. Click "Change Plan."

  3. Select the plan you’d like to switch to. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing frequency between monthly and annual.

Cancelling Your Plan

  1. In Account Settings, go to Billing & Plans.

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription."

  3. Confirm cancellation by clicking "Cancel Subscription" again.

🔁 How does Auto-Renewal Work?

All paid plans are set to auto-renew by default. To prevent renewal:

  • Cancel your plan before the end of your billing cycle via Account Settings > Billing & Plans > Cancel Subscription.

You’ll retain access to paid features until your current billing period ends.

📅 Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Definitely! Here's what to expect:

  • Changing from monthly to annual: Your plan will switch to annual billing at the end of your current monthly billing period, and you will be charged your first annual payment on that date.

  • Changing from annual to monthly: Your plan will switch to monthly billing at the end of your current annual billing period, and your first monthly payment will be charged on that date.

💡 Note: To keep your current billing cycle, select “Continue with monthly billing” or “Continue with annual billing” on the Plans & Billing page before your next charge.
